About
Depth-oriented therapy explores the unconscious aspects of experience — dreams, symbols, personal myths, and relational complexes — to promote self-understanding and individuation. Suitable for clients seeking meaning, long-standing patterns, creative blocks, or existential concerns. Sessions may include dream exploration, active imagination, and attention to archetypal themes alongside practical strategies.
Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.
To cultivate a space where inner work is valued, healing is intentional, and people are supported in becoming more fully themselves—rooted, aware, and able to grow from the inside out.
At Bloom Psychotherapy, our mission is to provide relationship-centered care grounded in depth, practical wisdom, and thoughtful attention to each person’s unique experience. We believe meaningful growth happens through genuine connection, measured guidance, and consistent support that respects both the pace and complexity of change. Our commitment is to walk alongside those we serve with steadiness, professionalism, and compassion—creating a trusted space where growth is not rushed, but strengthened over time.
To provide thoughtful, personalized care that integrates depth exploration with practical support, helping clients understand patterns, strengthen relationships, and sustain long-term well-being with clarity and purpose.
At Bloom Psychotherapy, our work begins with relationships and grows through thoughtful, measured care. We are committed to providing steady, professional support that respects the depth of each person’s experience and fosters meaningful, lasting growth.

Building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, authenticity, and mutual respect is one of my fundamental values as a counselor. I’m a graduate student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Indiana University of South Bend. I also have an Associate’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and experience in community mental health and collaboration with mental health providers. I am currently a yoga instructor and have completed mindfulness training, which allows me to teach others to ground their minds and bodies through physical and mental awareness. I am completing my practicum and internship under Kathleen Blumentritt, LMFT, and have a vast interest in depth therapy and mindfulness techniques. I primarily focus on mental health and somatic interventions to create mind-body integration. I am open to working with all clients who are committed to and willing to engage in the counseling process. I welcome a client-led approach to counseling, allowing expression of unique feelings, needs, and goals to create a beneficial experience. I am here to support you and remind you that you are not alone on your journey.
